Predispose the skin to a long-lasting tan
To start, we prepare our skin from the inside by adopting a diet rich in beta-carotene, vitamins C and E and antioxidants found in carrots, tomatoes, peppers, melons, mangoes...
This “diet” can be supplemented by a cure of Bronzoral 1 (two capsules per day). This contains all the minerals and vitamins that prepare your skin for the sun.
Selenium, zinc, vitamins E and C help protect cells against oxidative stress produced by UV. Zinc also helps maintain normal skin which could be weakened by exposure to the sun. Finally, beta-carotene, of vegetable origin, harmoniously accompanies tanning.
To obtain the most homogeneous and long-lasting tan possible, all the dead cells on the surface are eliminated by exfoliating the face once or twice a week with Activ'Peel – or Contact + for the most sensitive skin – and the body too thanks to the Body scrub.
Finally, apply the Tanning Stimulator to the face and body: this fluid milk will naturally stimulate the production of melanin, without using UV rays, thanks to the Pea Extract. Also rich in nourishing active ingredients, it preserves skin hydration and strengthens the skin's natural defenses against the sun.
The exhibition: protect yourself or tan, should you choose?
Tanning and protection are far from contradictory. On the contrary, a tan under good protection will be more durable than a sunburn which burns the skin, but leaves it virgin after desquamation.
We therefore continue the preparation routine: Bronzoral 1, exfoliation and hydration, but, in addition, we protect our skin from the first rays of the sun with the Protective Fluid SPF 50.
Depending on your skin tone and once it is slightly tanned, you can use Protective Cream SPF 30, or even Melting Milk SPF 10 if your skin is already matte.
To maintain this new tan and soothe your skin after sun exposure, apply the After-Sun Cream all over your body in the evening.
For the face, apply in the evening Rich Night Cream to provide comfort and prevent the appearance of the first fine lines and wrinkles.

The food supplement Bronzoral 1 is replaced by Bronzoral 2, rich in vitamin E and Omega 3 and 6.
Do not hesitate to consume nuts, fatty fish (salmon, tuna, herring, sardines, mackerel, etc.) rich in vitamin A and omega 3, as well as foods rich in beta-carotene, such as carrots or tomatoes, to revive the tan.
